Retention of title of all goods supplied.

All products supplied will remain the property of Computers in Action until the respective invoice is settled in full. Risk of loss or damage will be assumed by the purchaser on delivery/collection.

The purchaser will maintain sufficient records to locate the products during the period of retention. The products will not be resold without permission from Computers in Action.
